Went to get a hamster today. Didn’t really have an idea of what we needed. Had a worker named Dallas help us with everything. She was amazing and walked us through everything from food to bedding. She was knowledgeable and super nice! I’ve always had a pleasant experience but this went above and beyond! Give that girl a raise! ;)

We had a great experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. We just purchased a Siberian Husky puppy and we couldn't be happier. He is the perfect addition to our family. Well tempered and picking up potty training quickly. Not to mention our girls absolutely love him.

The store was very clean, and animals all seemed happy and healthy. The only complaint I can make is it seemed like they were a little understaffed, had to wait 30 minutes for an employee to be available for help.

A worker named Micheal helped me get some beautiful Cichlids today and there was one who had beautiful horizontal stripes but did not want to leave so he spent about 15 min trying to get this one fish i wanted so much never once got frustrated or angry at the fish or the situation. Rang me up and told me have a great day and have fun taking my fish out of my quarantine tank. Micheal you deserve a raise

Me and friends come here a lot to see the different dogs and pets. They have a great variety of dogs, birds, rabbits, and hamsters. Staff is always friendly and great to work with. We love getting different dogs out to play with. It’s always a great time when we come here.

Small store but great staff. Dallas was very hands on and helpful even though they were rather busy
