We worked with Tommy (the manager) and Ethan. Tommy was so patient and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, to explain different things about our puppy, about petland and all her records she is coming home with. We worked with a lady at the front desk who was helping train, and she was wonderful. She explained all of our papers, anything we were unsure about she explained to us. We walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon, and left within an hour and a half! Such a great experience and we had such a great team of helpers to help us take our furever friend home!
